Job Summary
Own and optimize the end-to-end quote to revenue realization process, ensuring customer pipeline tracking, order execution, and conversion without leakage. Support the global sales organization across Americas, Europe, India, and APAC by coordinating quote generation, pricing support, forecasting, Salesforce CRM management, and operational follow-through. Maintain data hygiene, opportunity accuracy, and reporting visibility while partnering with Finance on invoicing, billing alignment, and month-end close processes. Drive scalable processes for approval workflows and quote procedures to improve operational efficiency. Build dashboards providing real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings, and revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to implement best practices and unblock revenue in a fast-growing, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Administration, or related operational support roles
- at least 2 years of hands-on functional leadership experience in Sales & Revenue Operations
- ownership of operational strategy, execution, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue realization processes
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and follow-through skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Experience in industries that combine both semiconductor products and software services
- Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
