Job Summary
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process, including facilitation of monthly demand reviews, supply reviews, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings. Prepare executive-level summary decks translating complex data into narratives for leadership decision-making. Collaborate with Sales to incorporate account-level intelligence, promotional plans, and distribution changes into demand forecasts. Lead commercial innovation project management, develop operations playbooks, and oversee product launch and lifecycle strategies. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) activities, monitoring retailer inventory levels and identifying supply risks. Establish sales standards, manage budgetary controls, and drive OTC customer cost-to-serve efficiencies through multi-function collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs.; Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Proven experience in sales operations, demand planning, supply chain, or a related analytical commercial role, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods
- Direct experience owning or actively participating in an S&OP process in a cross-functional environment
- Strong forecasting and demand planning skills, including familiarity with statistical modeling and consensus-based planning approaches
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with ERP and demand planning systems (SAP, Oracle, o9, Kinaxis, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
