Job Summary
Sr Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement leading the design and implementation of a scalable commercial operating system for Capital One Travel. Responsible for defining and standardizing the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, building playbooks for margin optimization, supplier-funded discounts, and marketing investments; owning Salesforce-driven business design, integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Looker), and automated workflows; developing a unified incentives framework and governance to align supply teams with core business priorities; delivering data-driven leadership dashboards and enablement materials to empower enterprise sales teams across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 6 years of sales operations or process management experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
