Job Summary

Lead and drive sales by recruiting, managing, and mentoring a dedicated team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers. Personally own the initial sales cycle to secure cornerstone customers and validate product-market fit for new GTM launches. Build a repeatable GTM playbook by documenting messaging, competitive positioning, and enablement strategies while establishing a feedback engine to channel customer insights to Product and executive leadership. Serve as the primary GTM stakeholder, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, and Corporate Development to align on revenue paths. Deliver data-driven updates to the GTM leadership team on pipeline, ARR targets, and key learnings to guide scaling efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • Background in sales, sales strategy, product marketing, or business development
  • Proven experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the new product introduction (NPI) process
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive GTM strategy
