Sr. Manager, Retail Training & Communications - Global

Job Summary
Own the global retail learning vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for UGG and HOKA, aligned to business priorities and frontline needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into learning outcomes, using feedback and performance data to prioritize solutions. Design mobile-first journeys including micro-learning, short-form video, and scenario practice, while applying AI responsibly to accelerate development and personalize experiences. Build reusable standards, toolkits, and workflows for rapid content creation, and manage learning technology partnerships and vendor relationships. Measure effectiveness through participation, adoption, and business KPIs, providing targeted support for executive communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, retail training, or learning innovation, including work in a global or highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success building enterprise learning strategies and translating business priorities into scalable, measurable experiences for frontline employees
- Experience creating micro-learning, mobile-first content, short-form video, scenario-based learning, digital performance support, and visual presentations
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, rapid-authoring, video-editing, animation, digital content platforms, and LMS or learning experience platforms
- Retail experience strongly preferred; experience with global localization and accessibility is a plus
- Skills in learning strategy, performance consulting, adult learning, instructional design, behavior change, facilitation, and blended learning
- Strong stakeholder influence across brands, functions, regions, cultures, and languages without direct authority
- Team leadership and talent development; strong written and spoken English; curiosity, creativity, judgment, and effectiveness in a fast-paced remote global environment
