Sr Manager - Retail Operations - FAP Stores Ops

Job Summary
Lead regional retail operations by developing the Retail Excellence Toolkit, creating training calendars for operational management and selling skills, and measuring staff performance against key metrics. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual retail reporting while reviewing and validating demand forecasts prior to purchase order creation. Represent the region in Global Retail forums, partner with Country Managers on best-in-class implementation, and handle customer service issues and daily store operations. Coordinate inventory movement, manage stock takes, and ensure visual merchandise alignment with planograms. Perform assigned country and store visits, support ad hoc tasks, and communicate inventory movement across stores. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays, reporting directly to the SVP, APAC General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or higher academic qualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience in any retail
- Good organizational ability
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in leading sizeable retail teams
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Computer literate and good in MS Word and Excel
