Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod leads standardized and ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and production Insights within the Invoice to Cash (I2C) space. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards; designs executive-ready dashboards and governs data accuracy and timeliness across systems and geographies; drives continuous improvement, data governance, and regulatory compliance; coaches a team of analysts and supports analytics transformation initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders; role location includes Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; and West Chester, PA with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions
- Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Preferred familiarity with global, highly regulated, medical device/pharmaceutical environments
- Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, ERP systems)
- English language required; travel up to ~10–15% domestic
