Sr Manager - Reporting and Analytics

Job Summary
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of performance, operational, and executive-level reports across Hyderabad and Clark sites while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Produce solid strategies based on accurate data to impact the bottom line and drive automation to increase efficiency. Lead workforce planning initiatives including forecasting, staffing models, and capacity planning to align structures with business needs. Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members to resolve issues and meet expectations. Mentor a team of reporting analysts and workforce specialists to foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement. Partner with business stakeholders to develop customized reporting solutions and KPIs, acting as a liaison between operations, HR, finance, and technology teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in reporting, analytics, and workforce management
- At least 2 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably across multi-site or regional operations
- Proven track record of building and scaling reporting/analytics frameworks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong exposure to workforce organization, capacity planning, and operational alignment
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio)
- Strong understanding of workforce management platforms and practices
- Experience with automation tools and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
