Sr. Manager Regional Facilities

Senior Manager, Regional Facility Operations leads regional facilities and ensures safety, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple sites. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance (site infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building systems, irrigation, and employee relocations), negotiating contracts with contractors and vendors, managing relationships and performance against contracts, developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, planning for future space needs and facility expansions, coordinating capital planning and budget adherence, forecasting and achieving cost-saving opportunities, and reporting facility performance to senior leadership. The role requires ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements including FDA, AABB, NFPA, and local/state building codes, and maintaining comprehensive facilities management documentation. Knowledge/education elements include a Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of facility mechanical systems, and relevant certifications are preferred (IFMA/FMP, CoreNet Global). The position is based in the United States (Arizona), with locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
