Job Summary
Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation at HOOPP leading the full-cycle appraisal process for HOOPP’s global real estate portfolio, providing valuation governance, overseeing external-auditor engagements, and driving the evolution of valuation policies. Lead a team of valuation professionals, apply technical expertise to substantiate fair value, oversee reporting and analytics, and mentor staff. Requires a university degree, a designated valuation credential (AACI/MRICS/MAI), 10+ years of real estate valuation experience, and strong Argus Enterprise experience; Toronto-based in-office role with a focus on governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives including AI/BI tooling.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Designated valuation specialist (AACI, MRICS, MAI, etc.)
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate valuation
- Prior management experience leading a team
- Proficient in Argus Enterprise software
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
