Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing the Quality, Performance & Enablement function across Pricing Solutions. Responsible for audit strategy, training, SOP governance, and performance improvement; leads a team of Performance Enablement Analysts, audit specialists, and technical writers; defines enterprise audit tooling and dashboards; drives cross-functional alignment with Product Delivery, Operations, Compliance, and Process Excellence; ensures regulatory alignment, scalable processes, and measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and client outcomes; travel 10–20% is expected. Requires 10–12+ years of experience in operations/quality/audit/performance improvement, plus strong leadership and cross-functional influence. Location flexibility with US and India offices and hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12+ years of experience in operations, quality, audit, or performance improvement leadership
- Experience leading multi-team functions or complex cross-functional capabilities
- Experience designing and implementing audit frameworks, performance programs, or enablement strategies
- Experience building or implementing tools, systems, or automation solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business outcomes
- Ability to influence and lead across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 10–20% as required
- Experience with SOP governance and policy development
- Experience ensuring regulatory alignment and audit reliability
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and measurable business outcomes
