Job Summary
Lead strategic planning, operational governance, and execution of cross-functional PharmSci Learning & Development initiatives with high autonomy. Manage organizational operations and team enablement by developing meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-up to ensure effective decision-making. Coordinate functional planning cycles, track project timelines, and drive consistency in team workflows while overseeing end-to-end logistics for L&D programs and events. Synthesize performance data, KPIs, and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and prepare executive-ready materials. Draft communications, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and leverage Microsoft 365 and AI tools to streamline processes. Occasional travel required; hybrid work location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, enterprise program leadership, strategy execution, or operational management within complex, matrixed organization
- Masters Degree
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in business operations, enterprise program leadership, strategy execution, or operational management within complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant scope, complexity, and organizational impact
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions in ambiguous environments, and deliver results with minimal oversight
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and portfolio management
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leaders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear executive-level messaging
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint), and digital tools to enable operational effectiveness
- Occasional travel for meetings (Andover MA; Groton CT; St. Louis MO; Bothell CT; New York, NY)
- Hybrid work location
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
