Sr. Manager, Provincial Market Access

Job Summary
Lead provincial market access strategy and execution for DPS China in Guangzhou, including policy intelligence, provincial authority engagement, and regional pricing and access initiatives. Translate central GA/MA strategies into provincial actions, drive market access and pricing strategies (including VBP, tender projects, DRG/DIP initiatives, and reimbursement ratio definitions), and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, feasible implementation. Build relationships with provincial authorities (e.g., 医保局, 卫健委) and industry groups; manage external collaborations and internal alignment to support DePuy Synthes’ regional business objectives. Strong emphasis on policy interpretation, local insights, and execution guidance, with ongoing cross-functional and stakeholder management; travel within the region is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5–8+ years experience in Government Affairs Market Access Healthcare policy‐related roles
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong understanding of China’s local healthcare and medical insurance system
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
