Job Summary
Senior Manager, Xudapu Offshore Project Management and Operations: lead the project delivery (through closeout) of the offshore Xudapu I&C project operations, building an optimized delivery strategy, guiding the project team, and reporting on status, finance, and risk. Oversees offshore and onshore delivery, develops and applies best practices/templates, provides training/mentoring, ensures rigorous contract management, builds strong customer relationships, handles critical issues to achieve timely closeout, and manages resources, schedules, and budgets with emphasis on safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related technical field
- PMP® certification (PMI Project Management Professional)
- Westinghouse Program Manager qualification (implied)
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading large, complex I&C or similar projects in the nuclear industry
- 15+ years of progressive, combined technical and/or project experience on complex I&C applications
- 8+ years of experience with the AP1000 systems to be installed at Xudapu 1&2
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally
- Experience in managing risk, cost, schedule, and stakeholder communications
- Strong leadership, customer relationship, and contract management skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in nuclear projects
