Job Summary
Manage the Direct Expansion project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business roadmaps and availability of resources while overseeing US-based project managers in Columbus and Austin. Coordinate global Direct Expansion projects from inception to launch, driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, procurement, and sales to meet aggressive deadlines. Develop and mentor Project Managers to execute plans, manage risks, and track KPIs for budget utilization and performance. Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with company strategic objectives, proactively mitigate issues, and facilitate communication with stakeholders across international regions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- A Master's degree
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Program Manager
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading Program Management teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Exceptional project management skills
- PMP certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent leadership and influencing capabilities
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC sector
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
