Job Summary
Oversee and direct assigned design, project management, and construction consultants to implement hospital renovations and new construction. Lead in-house renovation and new construction projects, developing early budgets and schedules. Monitor teams in obtaining governmental approvals, conducting competitive bidding, and securing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Manage all phases of project delivery including finances, construction, insurance, contracts, and commercial terms. Ensure compliance with Interim construction life safety measures, NJDOH, ADA, ICRA, DCA, Facilities Guidelines, TJC Environment of Care Standards, and OSHA. Requires 10+ years of project management experience with single project values exceeding $10M and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of continuous related project management experience
- single project values exceeding $10M
- healthcare related experience
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of Project Management or Construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management
- Demonstrated experience in all phases of project deliver including finances, construction, insurances, contracts and other commercial terms
