Job Summary
Lead cross-functional program management initiatives within Collins Aerospace Operations Technology & Advancement Program Management, overseeing projects from inception through completion. Partner with Collins and RTX businesses to advance operational awareness, drive productivity improvements, and deliver measurable cost savings through process improvements and technology-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include aligning program scope, schedule, and cost; communicating with operations and executive leadership; utilizing data analytics to provide insights and guide decision-making; developing and maintaining program plans, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences; and serving as a site liaison for operational activities. Travel up to 25% and influence across a matrixed organization to realize program benefits and drive change across manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience
