Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Production Control in Andover, MA oversees a high-visibility production-control function, coordinating material availability, kit readiness, and production order releases within MRP and shop-floor systems. Leads cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Accounting to align execution plans with customer deadlines, supply-chain strategies, and financial targets. Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives in DoD environment, maintaining shop-floor integrity, material staging, WIP movement, and disposition of nonconforming materials, while ensuring safety, security, compliance, and quality standards. Requires security clearance eligibility and onsite presence at the Andover facility.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree typically required
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience or 7 years with advanced degree
- Experience with MRP and/or Special Program Access applications
- Experience leading daily team operations or equivalent leadership experience
