Job Summary

Global Sr. Manager, Product Master Operations leads global product master data governance and operational excellence across regions and enterprise platforms, delivering accurate, timely, and compliant product master data to enable end-to-end supply chain in a highly regulated MedTech environment. Responsibilities include ownership of product master data processes across lifecycle stages (NPI, changes, transfers, inactivations, discontinuations), establishing data governance standards and controls, cross-functional partnership with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, IT, R&D, and Commercial teams, building and coaching a high-performing global team, monitoring data quality and KPIs, driving standardization and automation, and enabling digital transformation initiatives including AI-enabled analytics. Requires global leadership, experience with ERP ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA), data governance, regulatory knowledge (CSV, GxP, SOX), and strong stakeholder management. Travel up to 10–20%. Job location includes multiple countries (USA, Ireland, Switzerland) with the role posted across requisition numbers to align with local requirements. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, master data management, or enterprise systems within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing teams in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment required.
  • Familiarity with ERPs, particularly SAP (S/4HANA) and other enterprise software systems like CRM (Salesforce) and PLM (Windchill).
  • Strong understanding of product master data concepts and their impact on planning, manufacturing, quality, and distribution.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences).
  • Proven ability to drive process standardization and operational excellence across regions.
  • Language: English required; additional languages preferred.
  • Travel: Up to 10–20%, domestic and international.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, or data management certifications preferred.
