Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Product Master Operations leads global product master data governance across SC&O systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data across regions and platforms. Responsible for end-to-end product master data lifecycle (NPI, changes, transfers, inactivations, discontinuations), establishing data governance standards, and partnering with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, IT, Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure data fit for purpose. Drives operational excellence through standardization, data quality improvements, and scalable governance, while leading a global team, monitoring data quality metrics, and pursuing automation and AI-enabled analytics to enhance data monitoring and decision support. Requires strong experience in master data concepts, ERP environments (prefer SAP S/4HANA), regulatory compliance (CSV, GxP, SOX), and cross-functional leadership in a global medical device context. Travel up to 10–20%, English proficiency required, with Lean Six Sigma or data-management certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, master data management, or enterprise systems within a global organization
- Experience in a complex, multi-ERP environment; familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA) and CRM (Salesforce) and PLM (Windchill)
- Experience in highly regulated environments (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Knowledge of data governance, quality controls, and regulatory compliance in supply chain data
- Travel up to 10–20% domestically and internationally
