Job Summary
Senior Manager, Product Management at T-Mobile leads the team’s product portfolio, translating strategic context into clear PM direction, and owning the operating model and quality standards for AI-generated work. Responsible for defining priorities from the roadmap, driving cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, PXDI, Data, Legal, and Finance, and coaching direct reports to improve outcomes. Focuses on translating customer problems into roadmap decisions, grounding initiatives in data and business outcomes, and maintaining industry and technology trend awareness. Builds a learning culture, ensures accountability for the team’s performance, and aligns strategy with corporate priorities while managing budget and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience, OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment
- 4–7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more in a direct reporting relationship in a Product Management organization
