Job Summary
Review team roadmap priorities through the lens of business outcomes and competitive position while conducting development conversations to assess customer fluency. Act as the final human review before AI output shapes product builds, translating VP-level strategy into clear PM-level direction and tracking committed metrics to ensure outcome hit rates. Build cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Data, and Finance to protect execution, manage team headcount budgets, and drive corrective actions when performance diverges from plan. Lead the PM team from strategic direction to production execution, coaching direct reports on AI fluency and performance standards while representing the team in leadership reviews and industry forums.
