Own the L&D product strategy and roadmap, setting direction and tracking outcomes against a measurable business case. Bring senior stakeholders a clear point of view on where to invest next by connecting learning priorities across Talent, Performance, and business strategy. Lead a team focused on shaping and executing the strategy to enable associate growth, helping make Capital One the best place for associates to build their careers. Deliver game-changing outcomes by leveraging technology to enable innovative, resilient solutions that drive organizational alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and a...
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
