Job Summary
Lead and develop the Product Management Team for Inventory Solutions by setting the enterprise product vision and strategy, coordinating cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and business partners, and translating customer and associate needs into actionable plans. Drive delivery and measurement of business value, improve customer and associate experiences, and align products with the enterprise roadmap. Guide senior PMs and product teams to identify goals, define metrics, influence vendor relationships, and foster collaboration to deliver high-impact products. Apply modern software development practices (agile, XP, paired programming, test-driven development, continuous deployment) to ensure quality, speed, and adaptability. Own communications of strategy and status across leadership levels, mentor and develop managers, and cultivate an environment that supports talent growth and operational excellence. This role requires the ability to balance stakeholder priorities, manage complex programs, and lead teams toward delivering value while maintaining customer focus and business insights. At minimum, 6-8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree are expected, with travel as needed. Located at STORE SUPPORT CENTER, ATLANTA - 9090, United States of America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development enterprise
- Proficiency in agile practices and XP concepts (paired programming, test driven development, continuous deployment)
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of organization
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience guiding junior team members and fostering collaboration across Engineering and UX teams
- Proficiency in creating and prioritizing user stories and conducting user research
- Ability to measure product value with goals, metrics, and analytics
- Experience in competitive research and product strategy development
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in related field
- Leadership experience in product management and team development
- Comfort with travel (overnight)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Strong business insight and customer focus
- Ability to guide teams through product management fundamentals
