Sr Manager, Product Management - Data and Analytics

Job Summary
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the WaveMark analytics portfolio, leading products from concept through launch and optimization. Prioritize investments using customer, market, and business insights while partnering with Engineering to drive Agile delivery. Gather customer needs into requirements, conduct market research, and manage feedback loops to support sales and go-to-market activities. Lead a team of Product Managers by coaching, setting expectations, and fostering a high-performing culture aligned with Cardinal Health values. Manage key customer escalations and build business cases for strategic initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, with a preference for healthcare supply chain and data analytics backgrounds. Candidates must be US-based (Eastern or Central time zones) and able to travel 20-30% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology and data & analytics
- Experience with Enterprise software
- Experience with people leadership
- Healthcare IT, supply chain, inventory management, or clinical workflow experience
- Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success delivering products from concept through commercialization
- Strong Agile product development experience
- Experience working across technical and business teams
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
- Candidates must be based within the United States, preferably within the Eastern or Central times zones
- Customer/Vendor credentialing may be required (this may include vaccinations)
