Job Summary
Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for Core HR products. Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups, and drive day-to-day prioritization of work while overseeing launches in partnership with Tech. Deliver optimized, AI-enabled self-service capabilities for Capital One associates and HR business teams through direct collaboration with the Tech team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
