Job Summary

Senior Manager, Product Intelligence & Analytics lead for Tim Hortons’ digital guest experiences, partnering with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Operations to drive data-informed product decisions, experimentation methodologies, KPI measurement, and customer behavior analysis. Build scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance models; translate customer behavior and engagement trends into actionable business recommendations; collaborate on AI-assisted workflows, automation, and operational optimization across analytics and product processes. Lead cross-functional initiatives to evolve self-serve analytics and product intelligence capabilities, with a focus on enabling AI-enabled analytics and robust experimentation practices in a fast-moving, multi-brand digital environment. This role is based in Tim Hortons’ Toronto office and requires in-office work five days per week, with responsibilities spanning mobile app/digital guest experiences, KPI tracking, funnel optimization, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, experimentation, customer insights, or related analytical roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience supporting digital product organizations with KPI measurement, customer analytics, and experimentation insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with digital analytics, reporting, and visualization tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
