Job Summary
Sr. Manager of Procure to Pay Operations will own the end-to-end P2P function across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, Travel & Expense, and Global Contracts; report to the Chief Procurement Officer; drive SLA performance, process compliance, and operating rhythms for a globally distributed team; lead automation and agentic AI execution across the P2P stack by partnering with engineering, product, and AI teams; identify additional automation opportunities and champion AI tool adoption; lead and develop a multi-geo team with a focus on operational excellence and AI-enabled ways of working; deliver real-time P2P visibility and insights to leadership and collaborate with FP&A on budget alignment and accrual accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or related field
- at least 3 years in a people management role
- proven track record leading operational transformation in a P2P or S2P environment
- hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools in an operational context
- deep familiarity with Workday or comparable ERP, and procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
- strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills (Legal, Finance, Security, and business unit leaders)
- executive-level communication skills (ability to distill complexity for a CPO or CFO audience)
- experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
