Job Summary
Lead pricing and contracts for India and Subcon tenders, coordinating with management and business units. Prepare and administers the technical and pricing material for tenders, research and track tenders and contracts, ensure compliance with policies and local legislation, and facilitate approvals for price levels and contract terms. Manage a team, provide mentoring and development, and drive budget/P&L accountability. Roles emphasize management and supervisory responsibilities within the pricing/contract function, with emphasis on strategic and operational activities, leadership, and stakeholder influence.
Required Qualifications
- Requires broad management knowledge; Requires a Baccalaureate degree; minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
