Job Summary
Lead pricing and contract activities for tenders in India and Subcon, coordinating pricing and technical materials, researching and tracking tenders, ensuring policy and local regulatory compliance, and facilitating management approvals for price levels and contract terms. Manages a team, drives performance, develops talent, and aligns pricing/contract strategies with business objectives while overseeing budgeting and P&L responsibilities in a healthcare technology context.
Required Qualifications
- Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department
- Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience)
