Job Summary
Develop and execute site-specific PPI strategies aligned with divisional objectives, designing and sustaining advanced lean methodologies tailored to local needs. Translate high-level business strategies into operational roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans that drive growth, productivity, and quality. Spearhead cross-functional collaboration to streamline end-to-end processes, optimize handoffs, and reduce waste, while modeling desired behaviors to lead cultural change initiatives. Implement performance management frameworks, drive productivity targets through value stream improvements, and perform cost-benefit analyses to prioritize improvement initiatives. This role supports the Laboratory Chemicals Division, which provides chemistry solutions for pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and diagnostic markets across 7 global locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, supply chain, operations, or business
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations/manufacturing environments
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Extensive track record of delivering large-scale continuous improvement initiatives and driving organizational change
- Advanced knowledge of lean methodologies
- Six Sigma (Black Belt certification)
- Other process improvement techniques
- Demonstrated ability to adopt AI and leverage cutting-edge technology to accelerate improvement and growth
- Proven strategic thinker able to connect high-level organizational goals to practical, site-level execution
- Solid financial acumen
- Commercial awareness
- Business knowledge to prioritize initiatives and quantify impact at a site and divisional level
