Job Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning systems across a global medical technology supply chain. Leads design, deployment, and optimization of demand, supply, and inventory planning systems with ERP integrations; drives data governance, KPI monitoring, and system enhancements. Manages a team of planning-systems professionals, collaborates with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams, and partners to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities. Focus on end-to-end supply chain execution, inventory performance, and operational resilience with emphasis on digital innovation and standardization of planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Experience 8-10 years in supply chain planning or related roles
- Leadership experience
- Experience with planning systems and ERP integrations
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferred)
