Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Planning Systems leads the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning systems within the global Supply Chain Planning function. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and optimizing demand, supply, and inventory planning systems with ERP integrations; partnering with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Digital teams to translate business requirements into scalable capabilities; leading a team of planning systems professionals; ensuring data accuracy, master data governance, and planning parameter integrity; managing system enhancements, upgrades, and transformations; establishing KPIs to measure system performance, user adoption, and business value realization; driving standardization and continuous improvement across planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
