Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Planning Systems leads the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning systems for end-to-end supply chain execution. Partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Digital teams to ensure planning tools and data support growth, service, and efficiency. Oversees design, deployment, and optimization of demand, supply, and inventory planning systems with ERP integrations; leads a team of planning-systems professionals; drives data accuracy, master data governance, and planning-parameter integrity; manages system enhancements, upgrades, and transformations; establishes KPIs to assess system performance and business value realization; champions standardization and digital innovation across planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Required)
- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Information Systems (Preferred)
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, planning systems, or supply chain digital enablement
- Strong leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with planning systems and ERP integrations
- Experience leading system implementations or transformations
- Preferred: experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
- APICS/ASCM certifications preferred but not required (CPIM, CSCP)
