Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Planning Systems leads strategy and transformation of planning tools across end-to-end supply chain planning, partnering with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Digital teams to enable demand, supply, and inventory planning at scale. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and optimizing planning systems with ERP integrations; driving data accuracy, master data governance, and planning parameter integrity; managing a team of planning-systems professionals; overseeing system enhancements and vendor coordination; establishing KPIs to measure system performance and business value; and championing continuous improvement and standardization of planning processes leveraging digital innovation. The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, experience with planning systems (demand, supply, inventory), ERP integrations, and preferred familiarity with S&OP/IBP concepts in a global medical technology environment. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Travel: limited, domestic with occasional international travel. Certifications: APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) preferred but not required.
