Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for the planning systems strategy within the global Supply Chain Planning organization. Drives end-to-end planning system design, deployment, and ongoing optimization for demand, supply, and inventory planning, including ERP integrations. Partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams to translate requirements into scalable system capabilities and process improvements. Leads a team of planning systems professionals, ensures data accuracy and governance, manages system enhancements and transformations, and establishes KPIs to measure performance, adoption, and business value. Aims to standardize planning processes, champion digital innovation, and enable end-to-end supply chain execution across multiple sites and countries, with exposure to regulated manufacturing and medical device environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or planning systems
- Strong leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with planning systems (demand, supply, and inventory) and ERP integrations
- Experience leading system implementations or transformations
- Preferred: APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or similar certifications
- Preferred: MBA or MS in related field
