Job Summary
Lead the planning systems strategy for the Supply Chain Plan function and oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of demand, supply, and inventory planning systems with ERP integrations. Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Digital) to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities and process improvements. Build and develop a team of planning-systems professionals, drive data accuracy and master data governance, manage system enhancements and governance, establish KPIs to measure system performance and business value, and champion continuous improvement and standardization across planning processes in a global medical technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, planning systems, or supply chain digital enablement roles
- Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, or transformations
- APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or similar certifications preferred but not required
