Job Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning systems within a global medical technology environment. Leads design, deployment, and optimization of demand, supply, and inventory planning systems with ERP integrations; partners with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system capabilities; develops and coaches planning-systems professionals; drives data accuracy, master data governance, and planning-parameter integrity; manages system enhancements, upgrades, and governance with vendor partners; defines KPIs to measure system value and adoption; champions standardization and digital innovation across planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Preferred Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in Supply Chain, Operations, or Information Systems
- Experience 8-10 years in supply chain planning or related roles
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Experience with planning systems and ERP integrations
- Experience leading system implementations or transformations
- Understanding of S&OP/IBP and digital analytics
- English language; travel up to 10–20%
- APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP preferred but not required
