SES is seeking a Sr. Manager, People & Culture with 7–10 years of HR leadership experience to lead and execute People & Culture strategies, support a small HR team, and drive engagement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years progressive HR/People leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail
- High sense of urgency with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Persuasive and collaborative—able to influence while supporting
- Comfortable handling tough conversations with fairness and respect
Desired Qualifications
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred
