Job Summary
Senior Manager, People & Culture South Asia leads P&C strategy across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India; partners with regional COE and business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, organisational design, and employee engagement; oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll governance, and compensation planning; leads capability development, leadership coaching, and change/transformation initiatives; ensures compliance with local labour laws, policy maintenance, and escalation handling in multi-country markets; builds a high-performing, inclusive culture and collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver regional people programs; fluency in English required, with emphasis on influencing senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; 10+ years of progressive People & Culture leadership experience preferred; flexible work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work.
