Job Summary
Senior Manager of Paddock Club and Private Client Management, responsible for servicing Formula 1 Miami’s Paddock Club, luxury suites and VIP hospitality, delivering best-in-class hospitality experiences, and acting as liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. Drives client retention, helps design and execute a client experience engagement platform, and collaborates with Sales/Partnerships to maximize value of hospitality investments. Requires strong communication, strategic relationship-building, event management expertise, and ability to translate commercial objectives into memorable hospitality experiences. Based on-site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in client services, hospitality, sports, luxury events, or related industries preferred
- Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to balance internal and external priorities with client communications
- Strong understanding of project management processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
