Sr. Manager - Order Planning Management #2352

Senior Manager, Order Planning Management leads forecasting, planning, and execution of inbound inventory flow across the North America distribution network to meet seasonal plans, budgets, and fulfillment priorities. Partners across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Forecasting, and Vendor Operations to optimize receipt flow, inventory availability, and omnichannel fulfillment. Leads end-to-end receipt planning and coordination with vendors and distribution centers; drives purchase order timing, lead times, and performance, and communicates status to stakeholders. Manages a team of planners and analysts, establishing goals and accountability, fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, and delivering executive-ready reporting on receipt flow and supply chain health. Preferred experience in retail/omnichannel environments and large-scale distribution networks; advanced analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, Excel).
