Sr. Manager Operations Finance

Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to the plant manager and operations leadership team, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead strategic planning for key performance indicators, maintain regular shop floor presence to identify improvement opportunities, and partner with plant leadership to implement productivity improvements and track savings realization. Ensure timely financial reporting for manufacturing costs, logistics, inventory, and capex while overseeing cost reduction programs through direct engagement with production teams. Provide frequent reporting on plant KPIs, interlock with management on monthly forecasts, and translate shop floor observations into actionable financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance including financial and operations leadership
- Advanced knowledge of operational metrics, cost accounting, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficient English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in complex environments
- Hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically
- Ability to pull together and summarize large amounts of data into concise explanations
- Comprehensive and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
