Job Summary
Lead FP&A for Operations by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; partner with Operations leaders to translate strategy into financial insights and actions; deliver clear, timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making; identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset; build scalable financial models and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability; drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, and business teams; ensure data integrity and continuously improve finance processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in finance, operations, or a related field (typically 10+ years)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with visualization tools is a plus
