Job Summary
Senior Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end store operations for tMart grocery cloud-store concept across multiple Middle East markets. Role focuses on managing team operations, inventory control (stock-in/stock-out, shrink/expiry, quality), pick-pack processes, property/asset management, expense control, and maintenance planning. Requires leading staffing and scheduling to meet demand and service levels (UTR and SLA), monitoring store costs vs. budget, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and developing training programs. Candidate should have 10+ years of progressive retail/FSI-scale experience, track record building and leading cross-functional teams, strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on use of multiple tools, and excellent interpersonal and intercultural abilities to rally multiple stakeholders and executives in an international setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories, matured by working for large retailers, in an international setting
- experience building and leading cross-functional teams at scale
- strong analytical and communication skills
