Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Operations oversees large-scale warehouse and distribution operations, manages multiple units (Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory and Auditing, and customer service), and leads P&L responsibilities. Responsibilities include developing distribution center business plans with budgets, ensuring costs, quality, and timely delivery meet commitments, coordinating cross-functional activities, training staff to comply with policies, and guiding supervision of subordinate managers to optimize resources, safety, and regulatory adherence. Spanish language skills are a plus; 1st shift schedule is specified (5AM-3:30PM Sun-Wed). The role emphasizes leadership, operational planning, process improvement, and data-driven management of warehousing and logistics activities.
Required Qualifications
