Job Summary
The Sr Manager, Operational Excellence will lead lean transformation initiatives across Justrite Safety Group, serving as a strategic leader and mentor driving continuous improvement efforts within production and back-office teams. Responsibilities include deploying CI roadmaps, leading Kaizen events, conducting site assessments, facilitating Lean training, and managing project execution. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years in manufacturing, and 5 years in a leadership capacity, with a track record in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading Kaizen events and developing improvement plans
- Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Ability to travel up to 50%
