Job Summary
Sr Manager of Digital Platforms Technology - Operations leading a cross-functional team to ensure operational health, availability, and performance of digital platforms (cooperators.ca, Online Services, Mobile App, National Quote & Buy). Own ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes; drive production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis; employ SRE practices to monitor SLAs/SLOs and improve platform reliability. Collaborate with architecture, security, and engineering to modernize platforms while maintaining stability; manage vendor relationships and backlogs to deliver enhancements aligned with business priorities. Requires 7-10 years of IT/Digital leadership, a post-secondary IT/CS diploma, and hands-on ITIL and monitoring expertise; hybrid work model with 2 in-office days in Canada (Guelph, Mississauga, or Toronto). Desired Qualifications
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in Information Technology and Digital
- post-secondary diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- hands-on experience with ITIL practices including incident, problem, and change management

- deep experience managing large-scale digital platforms in a production environment
