Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and development for managers overseeing clinical research nurses, care support, and clinical support services. Oversee organizational processes during study activation and maintenance to ensure quality research compliance, while monitoring queries from sponsors, CROs, and internal colleagues. Manage inventory, evaluate study supply acquisitions, and develop performance metrics for respective teams. Support site audits, CAPAs, and strategic initiatives by building internal and external relationships with partners and site leadership. Create, maintain, and execute SOPs, WIs, and job aids while completing required protocol training. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- At least one year of experience working in Clinical Research
- Working knowledge of clinical trials protocol
- General knowledge of Regulatory Research and Quality Assurance guidelines
- Skills in communication with physicians and internal/external stakeholders
- Public presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Ability to critically think and problem solve situations as they arise
- Adaptable to the changing needs of the team and work environment
- Ability to self-direct, including prioritization of multiple simultaneous tasks
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Registered Nurse preferred
- At least one year of experience working in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
