Job Summary

Senior leader who will design and deliver scalable training programs to educate benefits consultants on ICHRA (ICHRA 101 → advanced sessions), own the ICHRA Readiness Certification, and drive funnel activation from awareness to evangelist. Responsible for hosting live and virtual sessions, building a content library, and partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to accelerate adoption and revenue. Acts as the internal ICHRA SME, shaping messaging, providing market updates, and ensuring beneficiary consultants are equipped to sell confidently. Will be central to cross-functional enablement initiatives, tying training to pipeline and performance while building strong relationships with benefits consultants and internal teams as a visible, credible expert in the market.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in benefits consultant (broker) relations, enablement, training, or benefits consulting
  • Strong understanding of ICHRA, group benefits, or health insurance landscape
  • Exceptional presentation skills—comfortable leading virtual or in-person sessions
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Proven relationship builder capable of earning trust quickly
  • Experience cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and partnerships
  • Builder mindset to create and evolve enablement programs
